For the Series II I used these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/221137724822 For the later 700B amps that have plastic knobs I use these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/221428125560 Also solves the half shaft problem with the plastic knobs. They are 6 mm so need to be drilled out to 1/4 inch.

Another option for the faceplate is to polish one side of it to a mirror finish, RainDog911. I agree that the new knobs looks great and may need to get some myself.
