Wow! I can vouche for the sound of those, I have the Special Editions in the Pilot console, I wonder what the difference is other than the magnets?

Ooops mine are 15"s, anyway, these vintage Jensens are worth the coin folks!! I was not paid for this endorsement :study:

I have something similar, if not quite...It came from a big organ.

No joke.domdgmpomv 3333 (3).JPG[/attachment:2t8i1r4j]domdgmpomv 3333 (4).JPG[/attachment:2t8i1r4j]domdgmpomv 3333 (2).JPG[/attachment:2t8i1r4j]

Same basket design though. Maybe you noted the code and knew who made it?

I'll look it up after a bit. I've never played it but it was $5 freed from the organ.

Of course not, it's a 15"

Yes I really miss Alnico, other types smell bad compared.

Should be the first 3 in the 6 digit series
661?

There is no 661 shown in any category of EIA codes. The only one that corresponds is the 67, with Eminence.

The last picture shows the markings on the magnet.

By the way, what was the sale price and wasn't Rex selling these?

IIRC, $300 for the pair, or $160 each, just going on memory here, but they're damn nice speakers in great shape...mine are not for sale. At any price, pic was just to make ya'll drool

Rex is gone so you and others have inherited the lead-off spot.

We should probably delete them as his offers were usually in the first post anyway.

I'm sorry he had to go.
