99.9% of the time before anything is done it is discussed. Majority does rule. No one is head honcho in here. Do we always agree? NO We try very hard for it not to be personal. This isn't about us. It is about the forum. There are times things are brought to our attention and we can't really do anything about it. If one of us is mad when we talk about it. It gives us a cooling down period. I'm probably the one with the worse temper. This keeps me grounded.

We do take this serious. We have all been in a forums that are dictatorships. There have been a lot of checks and balances put in place. We may go along time and nothing happens. Then it seems the gates of hell open up. LOL I think we have all followed one rule. It is unspoken. We may discuss things between us; but I have never nor do I think anyone else has discussed what goes on behind the scenes. It is about the forum. It isn't about us.
