2N5088 from ON semi- OBSOLETE!

Looking on mouser.com for 2N5088 bias transistors, the ones from On semiconductor show as obsolete. Are the ones from Central Semiconductor suitable for the Rev. B backplanes?

I twisted the leads while putting the thermal strap on. Probably okay, just makes me nervous.

No, 2N5088s never had aluminum Pstraps on them.

What good are 5088s without Pstraps? I would ask you to drop in a couple with my next order, I will remit a few gold bars for your trouble.
