    Crossover Issue

Check the continuity of the woofer itself, both inductor coils and replace the capacitors - they are past their useful life. Sometimes they can test OK, but with variable frequencies, they breakdown.

Perry, where do you get this nonsense? I have Manley Labs RCA Jacks on both of my PL400 Bench Mules (one for testing WOA Quasi Comp Control Boards and one for testing WOA Fully Comp Control Boards). WOPL 400 Linda Linda

Eric is right, just cut R1, C8, and R2, C9 off the DCP Board. And thanks to Dr. Otto J. Zobel of Bell Telephone/Bell Labs for inventing and patenting an "image impedance" filter network that reduced voltage from reflecting off the woofers and back into the amplifier in about 1920.

Tim consider that in a production environment the circuit boards are run through a solder bath with molten solder flowing under the boards like water. Likely 600-700 degrees and the solder bath could be 24-36 inches long with a conveyor speed of 4-6 inches per second. In other words proper flow...

Don't waste your money on RCA Jacks. Just get these Manley Labs Jacks for your WOPLs and the WOA Model ONE: https://www.lunavellegrove.com/product-p-811293.html If that price ($1.99) is still good, it is a steal.
