I recently had one of my PL400 series 2 amps start to make a very audible hissing from only one channel. It starts a few minutes after I powe it up. The input sensitivity has no effect on level and it will make this noise even with no input signal connected. Thoughts?

I just bought this beautiful 400 series 2 but get 85 volts AC with no input. DC output in in the mV range. It shows up after about 2 seconds after i turn it on. The input sensitivity adjustment has no effect on output. Any suggestions on where to start to look for issues? thanks in advance

Does anyone have any idea what the values are for the input sensitivity control pots? Or a place that sells replacements. I could also use a couple of new knobs. I recently bought this amp that has seen less than delicate treatment but plan on working its way through a full upgrade as time goes.
