Most times they can be cleaned with DeOxit [or similar]. Sometimes you just have to replace the pots [double ganged]. I'm sure...

You could use a stereo 3 way x-over, and just use the middle bands as a bandpass filter, but I think you'd be hardpressed to find something that would go lower than 20Hz in that setup. Anyway, the variable x-over point is actually your low pass filter.

You're going to be paying 'collector's prices' if you're looking at those x-overs. Get more bang for your buck, [and performance] by looking at what's 'new' out there these days. e.g. Crossovers
