Before you install the new transistors replace the known bad parts, power on with DBT check voltages........do not install drivers or outputs until all voltages are good. Then one row at a time.

Looks like just about everything on the right side is junk, replace it all, keep the two or three that test good for emergency spares. I usually mark the bad ones with an X so they do not get accidentally installed anywhere.
