    Replaced faceplate on the PL700II with White Oak Black. Black guitar knobs off of Amazon. I like the slightly darker color rack handles from a Carver C-4000 parted out from Ebay.

    The meters have been in the face plate for about five years, installed with the amp in its original design. My cell phone I used for the pics probably intensified the LED's. They are bright though.

    Got the sub face plate on, got her playing music using a PL3500 Peramp.

    Got all the transistors installed. All voltages are checking out good. Bias set at .350 0v at outputs Wired up the front panel meters including potentiometers, using RG316 cable. Installed a Quencharc 0.1 uF 125V 150 Ohm film capacitor on the power switch.

    First test went well with Variac and DBT. Finished the control board, put in the first row of transistors. Did another test with just the first row of transistors, all voltages check good. Installed the control board with one row of outputs. +/- 15v readings look good.
