Pretty dismal performance from Denver. Looks like a college team plying a pro team. I figured there would be ten point spread between winner and loser. I think they need to skip the extra week off and the play the SB on Saturday night.

Denver looked pretty pathetic against the Pats in the last post season game, the Pats just were more pathetic than they...

We are happy about the outcome. To me, with the amount of turnovers and soft defensive play of the Broncos, I just have a nagging feeling Vegas played a bigger role in the Super Bowl.

9 times out of 10, a strong defense will beat a strong offense. Pure and simple, the Bronco's were not prepared. They got the asses handed to them fair and square

BTW, I am not a fan of either team, I figured the Seahawks would win no matter what, I just had the point spread slightly wrong LOL

EDIT: This game was like watching Super Bowl XX again when the Pat's took a shellacing from the Bears

The Super Bowl is about the only NFL game I dedicate time to watch. The streets around town were eerily quiet during the afternoon prior to the game, so it's a big game for Canadians to watch, too. With the amount of points the Seahawks racked up in different winning fashions, the Broncos were comatose. No rigging involved, as even Vegas hadn't counted on the point spread being that huge.

Or the 55 to 10, 49ers "clinic" win over the Broncos, in Super Bowl XXIV, where Elway looked like he just got off the high school bus.

The "Real" Super Bowl this year was played between the two best and complete teams in the NFL,
at the NFC Championship in Seattle.

Don't know if the thing was rigged like Nando is suggesting,
but I really hate it when the AFC stinks it up like this - which they've done so many times over the
last 30 years. Imagine if the Brady and the Patriots had somehow eked out a win over Denver in the AFC Championship.
I'm certain the outcome would have been no different. And make no mistake, the Hawks had
a sh!t ton more juice in the tank, where their score could have been easily been - dare I say - 60+.

I enjoyed the Half Time show though...

Yah, let's talk about the half-time show. I give it a hearty thumbs-up. I don't have any Bruno Mars and a bit of Red Hot Chili Peppers. But, as unlikely as it seemed to have the different styles on stage at once, it worked. This year's outdoor 3-day music festival in Squamish has Bruno Mars and Eminem signing up. This is the third year for our town's music festival and it gets better each year.

Timberlake, in my eyes, has been the consummate performer of the current generation - almost like Frank Sinatra of the past.
But I'm convinced now that Bruno Mars is the "next".
Even if you don't like his genre, the dude delivers!
