what are you listening to?

:salute: To Uncle Tom's Cabin.

Jani Lane was a lot more talented than most people think. Great band Warrant was.

Phantom Blue - s/t test pressing for Shrapnel Records. RIP Michelle Meldrum, great gal and guitar player. Interesting thing about this test pressing is that only one side is Phantom Blue. The backside is a Accused test pressing, not sure which lp as the matrix corresponds to the Phantom Blue B-side

He was......

I remember seeing them open for LA Guns is San Pedro before they had a record contract. Some funny shit happened like the mic stand kept falling during the power ballad and Jani was like "You all know it, sing along" and everyone looked at each other like "Who is this guy"

It was either at the Whiskey or maybe the Troubadour that my brother knocked Jani flat out with one punch for disrespecting a lady friend of his......ah...the mid 80's in LA......

Bruce's newest...

Just downloaded the new Bruce Springsteen album from HDTracks. Haven't heard anything as good as "American Skin (41 Shots)" from him in years.! I'm impressed with 24/44 as well, especially on stuff that's this compressed. Not sure 24/96 or 24/192 would be worth it on those waveforms...
