So the sound quality of 3D records is hardly stunning but it will get better.

I’m guessing that in the future, these kinds of bespoke items will prove to be more desirable than some of the contrived releases we see on Record Store Day/Black Friday.

Listen to Roger Waters' Amused To Death (it's recorded and mixed using Q-sound technology) on a good pair of cans and you will know what 3D means.....

Never heard about Q-sound?
I have to admit that I'm not familiar with this.

Was it developed by those clever chaps at MI6 for James Bond?
