I wanted to take time to publicly thank BubbaH for concluding a sealed tape trade in style. I was thrilled to see that my package also included a CD of a band that I had previously expressed an interest in!

The cover appears to be signed and having recently spoken of my hate for Digipaks, the disc had been placed in a paper sleeve. (That was a nice touch).

Thank you Ben.

Hey Daren, glad everything arrived safely. I ship cd's much like I do vinyl. With the disc itself outside the case. I put it in the paper sleeve so it wouldnt get scratched. And if for some reason there is damage inside the case, loose broken teeth or cd movement wont damage the disc.

Cheers Daren.

Excellent idea.

Many thanks again Ben and I'll report back on the CD when I have played it a few times.

A great exchange, Ben and Daren. It's always nice to receive an unexpected gift - and a signed CD, no less! A very class act, Ben.

I got a trade completed with Ben today...I sent two Maxell MX and I got a nice asortment of new Type I cassettes I wanted, both of quality and some eh? for the collection and two hall of shame bags, one with actual Chinese TDK packaging copies of C-100 Embassy Gold amd the other unboxed Embassy 60 in a bag of three! When I finally find the camera's charger I'll post the pictures.

Then there are:

  • XHE I 90
  • Haili (Hallibrand) 60 x2
  • Platinum 60 x4 and 90 x2
  • Canadian Realistic Supertape Gold Plus 45 (which was probably the best part of all tapes for me!)
  • Woolco 60 x2
  • Sony EF 60
  • Sony HF Gold Black and Red 60 and Red and Grey late with the right side window
  • Sony Hi-Fi '96 (Blue) 60 x3
  • TDK 1992 D60 x2
  • Looks like the last two or so wrapper versions of Maxell MIC UR 60 x13

Here's the even better part! I got a pair of new Corsair 2 GB DDR2 RAM and a used PC3200 256MB DDR!

That was quite a trade! Thank you, Ben!
