Nice post there Nando, can't wait to see more. I could think of a new motto, and this is what George said to me when we were talking about me upgrading to a PL. "Its like hooking up an Arc welder to your speakers"

I'd like to say something about that but its only cave worthy lol. I just talked to my audio mentor and if possible I will take the WOPL up there to hook up to his $3800 interdyn speakers for a test run. The only thing is I will have to wrestle the WOPL out of his hands once he hears it. I'm heading out to socialise, and yes the weekend goes quick! Take care bud and will await your comments on the mix tape.

Those ads bring back some memories.
My room mate had a 4000 that he used with a HK Citaion 16 and that sold me on the PL 1000.
It was a very handy unit to have in the system.
Still trying to find another one.
