Really? Non. That photo is artificially aged and they look much better in reality... Those are not the best tapes but good sounding and sweet looking. How bad i cannot find them sealed again, and if i do i can't touch them,,, too expensive,,, arghhh those flippers. ehhehehe
Obviously, if for cheap it's ok, not a tape worth too much i think, we are not collectors, at least i'm not and i'm using every tape i got Thanks again!
Miles: you will enjoy recording on those Sony Metal XR 60s. My next mix tape for you might be on a different premium Type IV with some more attention paid to amassing more tunes with your favourite instrument in mind - drums. I have a few songs already earmarked in my noggin for the next mix tape for you.

I bought 3 Cartons of them from Total Media at a nonsensical price. They are $2.20 a cassette and minimum order of 10. I bought 30 of them. I think it is a good deal.

Ben: The best deal going by far. I like the Sony Metal XR 60. By the way, Innovative Audio has a Pioneer CT-F1250 and Nakamichi Dragon just come available for sale. Without talking to Gordon, I estimate the asking price on the Dragon may be $1200, or better, and $650 for the Pioneer.

I'll contact them tomorrow.I have a Dragon but i always wanted a Pioneer 1250. The only problem is I have no where to put it. I had to get a smaller stand . I could not get behind the large one to make the necessary connections and it would have blocked the only window in the room. Thanks for letting me know about the 1250.

Ben: IA will be closed until Tuesday. Try him then, or shoot an email to him, or leave a message on the machine. Yes, I saw your post about the change in plans for the entertainment centre. I hate to be an enabler, but I know how much you originally wanted a CT-F1250.
Wow, nice score Miles , not the same here, i ''scored'' 20 later TDK SA C-60 for ''just'' 2,5 Euros each, all of them with creased edges tapes, i'm starting to hate this brand
