Doesn't Guinnes contain all four food groups?

No! Guinnes IS a food group, and the real thing from Dublin is much better than the Canadian stuff. I always check the label when I buy. That is probably the most vital information you will read today...

SLF, thanks again for taking the time and energy to post this stuff. Had no idea who Kevin Ayers is /was/will; be.

"Muff" Winwood?? Any relation to THE Winwood???

The Lenoxx Sound radio/CD/cassette recorder boombox I gave my grandma a few years ago came back to me, minus the window over the little dial so I cut a stiff piece of plastic I could see through to fit somewhat and used electrical tape to seal it down.

LS was the BEST Walmart ever offered.

Now playing, Diane Schuur-Love Songs (CD) and it fills the house with some decent and full-bodied sound...the tape player isn't bad either although the tuner sorta overloads and bleeds over some (sloppy) but it is pretty nice even so.

Yep Steve's older brother. He worked with an impressive set of artists and titles.

Ayers is worth a listen if you're a fan of the psychedelic sounds of the Canterbury scene in the 60s i.e. Caravan, Pink Floyd. he was a founding member of The Soft Machine.
