Larry - a Go-Nogo gage should be doable but I'll need some accurate measurements to make something. In both the x and y axis the machine tolerence is pretty tight - a thousandth or two. Would that be accurate enough? I'd make the part out of PC or ABS.

I've never machined mica.

Larrt, are ya sure. Phenolic is not even close to mica, in my mind anyway, and it's still a fun thing to waste....

Yes Phenolic. Phenolic is pretty dense. I have made all kinds of things with it. We usually use it for rub blocks.

We had those also. It is brown.
