The pic didn't copy. I'll go back and get it. I know I would have to get a stepdown transformer. What else would I need?

Nice table Larry. Just remember that any one of the arms mentioned there will cost more than the table. You should be able to get a 110V motor pod for this table then resell the 220V pod. Jeez your looking at a hard one for a self confessed beginner. These things are probably pretty hard to setup properly re suspension etc. They are also pretty fussy about what you sit them on as well. Do you have a concrete floor?

See what do I know. LOL No I don't have a concrete floor. OK I'll pick another one. Lets see what I can find. All the ones I really liked were over 10,000.00 used. LOL Well how about this one then. I do need help. LMAO

Another beautiful table, but Crikey that seems expensive to me. I picked up a Micro Seiki BL91 on Aussie Ebay for $200 with a good arm and cartridge. That was tin arse but it does happen occasionally.
Note this is a long version table and you would need a 12" arm. Again a good 12" arm will cost you a small fortune.
Larry you will have to trust me on this. Try and find a Good Technics SP10 MKII or similar direct drive Denon and start from there.

I am trying to end the need for a nice TT. I want one I'll be happy with till they pry it out of my cold dead hands. LOL I'll show you what I can get. Then you choose. Go to music halls website. Pick one. Then we can talk. I haven't been there in awhile. LOL I'm just shopping now. I'm not making any decisions yet. I'm just putting my toe in the water. I know what I'll be happy with.

MMF 7.1 or the 9.1 look like good designs. Bet they cost a bomb. Don't get me wrong I do believe you get what you pay for. My argument is that most of the older stuff was better quality and better built and can be picked up very reasonably if your patient. I have heard a turntable that retails for 200K another for 25K both sounded unreal but not 22K better than my Pioneer PLC590 let alone 197K better. Most people who know me reckon I have a reasonable set of ears and if were very wealthy I would probably have a 25K table. For now a good vintage table carefully set up still makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up...what more do you really need?

The MMFs I don't pay retail. I'm a dealer. I'll have to look at my price. Will see what happens in future. Like I said I'm just checking the water. Will see how warm it is. I would have to buy a separate table to put it on. I can't put it in my racks.

I like the suggestion of the DD Denon TT. I have a DP-3700 and a DP-62L and I'm pleased with both.

They are gonna have to do unless something exceptional drops out of the sky or I save enough for a Trascriptor :D

I think I'm going with the MMF 9.1. I like the style and I'll get a MC with it. To see what I'm talking about. Go to Music Halls site. The 7.1 isn't bad either. I was going to give a 350.00 off deal on a 5.1SE and he said he wanted a Technics. Oh well it is hard to figure some people out.
