I have a pair of homebuilt Speakerlab Model K's, with the Crites 1526C woofs, B & C DCM-50 2" horn drivers, with the B & C DC 10 tweet with Al Klappenbergers "Universal " crossovers Topped off by a set of wood Martelli Tractix Horns. Simply a killer combination and with enough power a true homewrecker.

Those must be nice. I had a pair of K's with the Crites tweeter upgrades in a basement room. Terrific low frequencies, great with tubes. I wish I had a large enough listening room for them.

Is that our Larry - Speakerlab or a kit you can order. I'm not opposed to building speakers. Think it would be fun. Currently I have a two pair HPM 100's, pair Of Pioneer CS-770A's, Bozak 302A Century's, ECI Spectrums, Sansui SP2000, Norman Labs Model 82, The original Advent Loudspeaker, MSC 7320, Pioneer cs31's, Mirage Nanosets w/subwoofer and some Bose AM5's. Speaker poor. lol

The K's and the other classic Speakerlab kits / models went out of production in the early 80s. The old catalogs are here: http://speakerlab.com/history.html

I'm guessing that the plans for building K-horn cabinets are on the interwebs, let me know if I can help.

Yes they are nice. Just in the last few years finding out how nice. The Crites woofs made them a totally different speaker so did Al's crossover and the 2" horns reallybn openened em up. In the past year I've had a few folks stop by and listen, one's who've heard a lot of higher end speakers, marked a lot off the bucket list....

Yeah I always thought that he came out of nowhere when he started touring and turned up on FM stations in the States in the early 70s but he was apparently active in the London music scene as a folkie in the 60s. I think I read that at one point, he and Paul Simon were roommates when Simon was living in mid 60s London. BTW - his first couple of US records are excellent, not hard to find, and worth checking out: Past, Present, Future & Modern Times.

Ah, so that it just a standard Virgin Label? I Have tubular bells and its the only record I have that looks like that.
