You won't have to wonder when I do, we'll thread that guy, cause ya never know........
That will be super cool. I can learn some things. That little amp had a great sound and had some good power. Actually have to turn the volume up more on the preamp to get the power from the pig. Course the pig doesnt clip and cut off. lol. Be cur
ious what it has wrong, etc. How the guts are, etc. What speakers do you have? I am currently using HPM 100's. Have some Bozaks wanting to try, but cant lift right now. I want some Cornwalls. Only they dont have the low end that I like. I will find my dream speakers some day, but so far the HPM's have stayed and others have gone.

And I'm in no hurry either. The pig is fantastic. I am thinking about recapping my HPM's. Heard its helps them alot. Also seems like it would be a good place to start as far as recapping and learning a thing about recapping.

If you like Klipsch and lowend I'd suggest the Forte's and maybe Forte II's. They are the perfect size with excellent sound and extension. Crites Ti tweeter diaphragm, Klipsch Ti mid diaphragm and a set of ALK networks and you have a lifetime keeper set of speakers ;)

That would be a good place to start, but, and this is my opinion, I'd not spend money trying to improve HPM-100's. I'd be saving that for the Forte's and upgrades ;)

And Paul, that would be a good start------IF----- Skratch hadn't scored some of the world's best mid-horn drivers. It may now be possible to have some Kornerhorns (upgraded) to what you would have in a pair of Fortes. Kenny, do some research on the BMS-4592 2" horn drivers.......

kenny. I have a pair of homebuilt Speakerlab Model K's, with the Crites 1526C woofs, B & C DCM-50 2" horn drivers, with the B & C DC 10 tweet with Al Klappenbergers "Universal " crossovers Topped off by a set of wood Martelli Tractix Horns. Simply a killer combination and with enough power a true homewrecker.

"Shake The Foundation"

Very nice and something I'd love for ya to bring over sometime :D

I recommend the Forte as it's something most guys ladies will agree with also and it get's the ob most of the way done. Heck...I'm stuck in Chorus II land. They are nice and work very well for now but an issue is no ones sent one to Al for him to design a network for yet either........

Is that our Larry - Speakerlab or a kit you can order. I'm not opposed to building speakers. Think it would be fun. Currently I have a two pair HPM 100's, pair Of Pioneer CS-770A's, Bozak 302A Century's, ECI Spectrums, Sansui SP2000, Norman Labs Model 82, The original Advent Loudspeaker, MSC 7320, Pioneer cs31's, Mirage Nanosets w/subwoofer and some Bose AM5's. Speaker poor. lol
