I need all of your preferences in within the next two weeks (October 30)!

All others we don't know of for sure will receive the cassette package, except for Larrt who gets Larrt Lite as he's on a gear diet.

Speak up, as there are a large number of these reel items! They'll be redistributed evenly but we want you to have your share!

Lee, what is the tally and I need addresses in some cases?

I appreciate this very generous offer, but it would be best going to those who would benefit most, I have both R2R and cassette but neither hooked up and no current plans of doing so. No longer a taper. sigh

Thanks, Jim

There is another part of the package not related to tape and all will get that. Send your address.

Remember this: I have 32 of the reel related item and a ton of the other. I can stuff a Priority flat rate box as heavy as I want to but for Canada and international mailings under 4.0 oz. is economical (else it doubles above 4.0). Lee is shipping for me but I want to keep his expenses down. USPS is the best US option and he has a commercial FedEx account.

3-4 tape items plus the non-tape item and a card is perilously close to going over and I want to be fair and send an equal gift in both cases.

Media Mail is not an option. To Canada 4.0-under is about $16 and is over $32 I believe if it is over that.

THERE IS ENOUGH FOR EVERYONE-I might even mix if the list is long enough and I am compiling it now, to ask Lee for any more. Don't leave yourself out for the good of the many, you ARE the many.

I can't make it much of a surprise if I keep 'splaining away so just follow along or I'll arm Rudolph with Stinger missiles.:dmage:COMPLY HEHEH and Merry Christmas :hello2:

Steve,

I have not been here long but you guys are so giving it's inspiring. I can't believe it is so close to Christmas already - time passes quickly.

Well since you asked I don't have a real to real but I do have a cassette deck. I'll have to pull it out of mothballs and see what it does.

Thanks you - Nav

Well - all my audio stuff was sitting on shelves for almost a decade and as I pull them out they all seem to need some sort of care to bring them back to life. I haven't listened to a cassette for quite a long while. I'm thinking it's time for some cassette deck CPR.

Cause he has a fairly hi end CD player.
Yeah - the CD player sounds nice although I'd like to compare it against more modern players at some point in time as the digital world has evolved so much. Mine is a mid nineties vintage but after market upgrades are available and I've read good stuff about a couple of them.

Ever since I got my Pioneer PD-F407 101-disc file changer I've been content with it. Most of my favorites sit in it with a rotation in or out every so often. I have yet to learn most of it's programming features beyond random but I suppose I will download the manual sooner or later...I've only had it less than two years.

It's a 1998 model perhaps, old logo.
