Our Choral Music Director in the department has chickens; we get a dozen or so eggs weekly. It's really nice. Pat and I considered getting some (we're zoned for it) but quickly realized travel would become problematic.

Most towns surrounding me in MA are Right to Farm towns; horses, cows, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, etc.
