Tank has an HP Desktop running Windows 11, with an Epson WF-3540.
The problem is she used to be able to print directly from a website in, payment confirmation, receipts, and just tonight could not print a tracking page...
WTF?

Figured that. She's always been able to print from any website she paid a bill on, namely the the confirmation of paying or a receipt....now there is no option to print only to "save as"..i know its lean fellers....ill know more tomorrow. And I believe it started after a Norton update...

There is a feature called screenshot in mine where you can capture the screen and paste it in any app, like email or other to print it. You can capture the whole screen or crop just what you want. Right click to see it in the menu.

I'll also add that I usually print to pdf and then, if needed, print from the pdf. I run into the same issue occasionally, Lee. It seems to be website-dependent for me but then, I'm on a Mac. My fallback if generating a pdf isn't allowed is Vynuladikt's solution - a screen shot. Apple's "Preview" software, which is kind of Acrobat Lite, will convert the screenshot to a pdf or jpeg.

Gyazo ftw.
https://gyazo.com/download

Then save the screenshots to a cloud storage service. Dropbox and Box still have free options I think and integrate very well with Windows.
I use a Box account and it's saved my bacon a few times when running my business when I lost local files on the PC.
I use Dropbox to backup the backup files on Box for redundancy. (I come from the nuclear industry. It's the roolz)
No paper required.
I only use a printer for printing shipping labels these days and even that's not strictly necessary when courier companies all use QR codes these days.

Windows 11 has Snipping Tool... way better than print screen functionality of old.
