It is a moving target to try and keep up with all the wire revisions. When you get to "Z" will the next revision be "AA"?
We are now at Y. Not for things of any consequence however...just to the point of fixing "forest for the trees" type issues. It is a moving target to try and keep up with all the wire revisions. When you get to "Z" will the next revision be "AA"?
That’s awesome! We just talked to our friendly cabbage case contact person and it will be finished in 2 days........shipped directly to Rembrandt.....
Thanks, I’ll let you know once it arrives and confirm fitment.Eric, the case shipped today....
HmmmmmThe Cabbage Case has arrived, all 35 lbs of it...
Its a very robust case and should serve very well in shipping this quality amplifier without issue.
I'll post pictures of the amp in the case once ready to ship. The faceplate will be located on the left side of the picture.

That was my reaction at first.Hmmmmm
Not sure of that Eric I don't see enough support for 8 heatsink fins in the back, have no idea why it does not support both entire sides rather than 2 small pads and the front has very little support. Area is your friend when you have broad support surfaces. That was my reaction at first.
Once you see the amp in the case, it will help with confidence.
My opinion is there should be a U-shaped corrugated wrap around the heat sinks in the rear to provide a load spreader for those fins. Else they will just cut into the foam on that side under shock in that direction. The corrugated spines should be oriented length-wise in the direction of the amp width, perpendicular to the fin direction. The sides are a mystery to me also. The front is just like I wanted it, nothing even close to the faceplate. We can certainly glue some more foam on the sides. What can we do for the back Joe>?
Eric, do not ship the case in a box, the shipping goons can't use the handles that way. I appreciate what you were trying to do, but it's lot in life is to take the hits..
