The deck is in a decent condition, I put it on the bay a while ago but as it is for 120V I thought I should mention it here. I will be happy with £500 (UK Pounds) + delivery at cost. Or offers? The deck is in the UK.
The following was done on the deck:
The DD capstan motor elcaps all changed
New idlers and belt
Transport is cleaned and lubricated
The pitch potentiometer replaced with some mechanical mods and operates nicely
Pots and switches cleaned and lubricated
The mute circuit is repaired and updated (was distorting horribly)
The PB amp is updated
Two LC4066 replaced, one with wire links (so the meters are always connected before the output level adjustment) and the second with ANT4066B.
Some critical capacitors were upgraded.
The calibration works well on all tape types.
Deck is aligned and adjusted.
