Unusual capacitors

Can anyone identify these? Both look like electrolytics, never saw them before. From a Motorola GA48HW 8-Track player.

Yes, direction of coil wind. Not unusual

A “Quadraline” quadraphonic. AC motor! Built like a tank. Weird, though- I don’t see a rectifier or anything that remotely resembles one. Loaded with electrolytics. Can’t find any documentation anywhere- no service manual, no user manual, no mention in any vintage equipment sites. Orphan product?

Old enough there's probably a Sam's Manual. Probably have to find the year of manufacture, then start looking through manuals.

Looks like a decently built motor

Those are Special Caps Mark. They cannot be removed, altered, or replaced. They are specifically designed to get you to upgrade to the Cassette format. They were ahead of their time...

The white film cap is 7138, 38th week of 1971. Those values are common snubber caps today.
