Unusual capacitors

That Motorola 8 track deck looks like a good one......
A “Quadraline” quadraphonic. AC motor! Built like a tank. Weird, though- I don’t see a rectifier or anything that remotely resembles one. Loaded with electrolytics. Can’t find any documentation anywhere- no service manual, no user manual, no mention in any vintage equipment sites. Orphan product?
 
Old enough there's probably a Sam's Manual. Probably have to find the year of manufacture, then start looking through manuals.

“7146” sticker on the motor, I assume 46th week of 1971.
