Yeah Gene, I enjoy my days off, today for a dental appointment, oh well.
Looking forward to retirement this coming fall. Trying to get my "toys" in order now.

people ask if i would do it all over again....thats an easy one for me....
i would relive my retirement years in a heartbeat...
the rest....i will pass..
but will have to admit....it was phenomenal....
i am so grateful...
just bought a hafler equalizer...gonna redo the bedroom system....

The most important things are as follow...throw the TV out the window, have a plan to do what YOU want to do every day, have a hobby (you have that covered just fine now!), volunteer or do fun things with people you like, and most importantly: Throw out the TV ! I agree on the TV. I pass a sign in a farmer's field most everyday that says "Kill Your TV".
I do have plenty of hobbies and am set. Looking forward to doing more bicycling, hiking, electronics, and perhaps wrenching part time on the weekends for Xtra $.

Yeah, Gene, I'm already the neighborhoods lawnmower repair man, welder, brazer, tool chest, motor start capacitor checker, has table saw to cut plywood, etc guy. Wife has been a long time volunteer at The Akron Zoo and a County Trail Monitor.
We lived in a VW camper van in our early years together and traveled around. Going to repeat a little of that.
