Differences between 700b and 700 II?

I am curious as to the differences, between the 700b, and 700 II amps? I've also seen some 700 II amps that are labelled 700b; was there some crossover/midyear model?

Is any model better than the other?

Their transformer covers said 700B, yes, they were leftovers but they were Series II's just the same.

IS ONE BETTER THAN THE OTHER? Depends if you like analog meters or LED. There was a little difference but once WOPL'd, they all share the same guts.
