Isolated ground “hospital” 20A outlets come in white (and orange).
pull a dedicated line from as close to the incoming main disconnect as possible. Use #10 wire if you can. Keep the run as short as possible. (Check both 120 legs with a scope if you have one, to identify leg with less noise). Use a fresh, new 20A breaker. Clean the bars in the panel if at all discolored. Use a dab of dielectric grease to keep it at bay. Washing machine in the basement is not friendly to electrical panels.
tie the ground at the panel, close to where the ground bar is grounded (or share the same connection to the bar if it fits). Some like a dedicated earth rod, but this is often not allowed by electrical code.
