MPSH04 Transistor

Has anyone come up with a suitable modern equivalent for the Motorola MPSH04 TO92 transistor ?

MPSA42 is a big upgrade from this MPSH04 and pinout is the same.

Breakdown voltage C-E an C-B is too low compared to the original device you are replacing.
