I am in need of a dozen (12) VU meter bezel mounting clips for (3) Phase Linear amps I am working on.
Does anyone have any spares or suggestions on how they have made their own substitutes?

Thanks!

I am in need of some VU meter bulbs for a PL 700.
Phase Linear used Festoon style fuse lamps on some of their 700's as well as their 5000 tuner. If my memory serves me correct, they were two different voltages. I may have some used bulbs lying around. Which voltage are the ones you have in your 700?

Very hard to read. I got ROYAL 6.3VO15A japan
I just found some used ones. It appears that each one of them needs to have at least one end cap re-soldered. The material they used to fill the end caps was similar to plaster-of-paris. Over time it gets brittle and when you use one end of a screw-driver to pry them loose from the fuse holder they break loose.

If my memory serves me correct the Royal 6.3V 0.15A fuse lamp part number was FL6. They are un-obtanium now.
I use 6.3V .25A fuse lamps as replacements. Parts Express is just one example of where you can obtain them from.

You may also try a Google search using part number GF570.

Ed- Thank you so much. I'll have to order some from parts express. I know exactly what you are talking about, when taking out the bulbs the ends fall apart. Wish there was an led kit, but those white oak ones are for the 700b.
1 bulb just isn't good.

I 'd try putting a LED with a series 1k resistor from the power side of the bulb to ground. Worst you can do is pop a LED and that's always fun.
