Having passed the point of being able to perform on stage, music legend Glen Campbell has a final release set for September 30. The song title is a reference to all he has gone through with Alzheimer's Disease.

Campbell was placed in a care facility recently. The EP also features other artists covering his hit songs.

He passed away this morning at 81.
