Daren: I would never had expected a product like that to become successful. I'm sure I can get the same effect on one of my old tabletop open-reel decks moving the tape back and forth manually across the head.

It is encouraging to see magnetic tape still being mentioned Nando. It is possible that younger people not familiar with the format, may investigate further after seeing that 'device' in action.

I'll post pictures of it, later, Miles. I only hooked it up last night to test it, as I had to find the correct patch cord with a 1/4" male TS for input to the headphone amp to an RCA male outputted from my dbx router.
