Hello,

I am needing a couple of things for my Series I PL400. Looking for original handles, faceplate in good condition and lastly one of the mounting tabs/clamps for the power meters. I am just missing one.

Cheers,
Jim

The handle may be the hardest part, we have others here who were looking and we discussed where to find similar handles, who made them (no longer in business) and how there are just a smidge different in spacing that what you might find at a hardware store.

I believe that the rest may be somewhat easier and around here.

The first order of business is to bring the Pig back to life before applying the lipstick.

Series 1 PL400's did not have handles. They have decorative aluminum hex bolts.

Aha..... transistor guards so you don't have a hair raising experience.....

I call them "black metallic thingy's, which serve as output covers"

The four fin covers are tougher to find then the 8 fin ones which are shared with the 700s and 700Bs

You can make them out of thin sheet metal but remember, there is a slight convex flex bend in the center that allows them to be unclipped from the top and bottom by pressing in slightly

As Joe said, 400 series I's never came w/ handles, just the decorative Frankenstein bolts
