Vinyl only Mix Tape, Maxell XL2 Chrome Tape, Recorded in JVC TD-V661 Deck, Dolby B, Peaks of +3db, Played back in Denon DR-M4 Deck. There is no Theme to this mix except for the one condition that the vinyl sources had to be in near mint condition.

This mix was done entirely manually with no use of Digital. Took around 2-3 hours to make. I'm happy with the result.

Mahogany Rush - Maxoom original 20th Century Records US 1st press. Absolutely killer album from beginning to end. I love the crazy panning effects used on some of the songs. No picture since it's dank and rainy here and I am a lazy fuck this morning

Halfbiass...Electron Herder and Backass Woof
Yeah the direct drive Technics TTs remind me of the late 80s early 90s Toyota pickups built in Japan, I have a 1991. Built like tanks and will run forever. Good luck. That clip sounds like the Allman Brothers which would make sense on that label. Probably could only name the song from Eat A Peach, which I played to death. Assuming it's the Allman Bros...a live track from Fillmore East?

Ghost Riders in the Sky------Johnny Cash.....listening to the radio headed to location.

Shin Joong Hyun~ Beautiful Rivers And Mountains: The Psychedelic Rock Sounds Of South Korea's Shin Joong Hyun 1958- 1974(LITA/ 2011). Heavily influenced by American music, this runs the gammut with flavors ranging from Motown, folk, do- wop to psychedelia(think King Crimson). Sound quality is excellent even though I am sure much of the source material was sketchy at best.

You a busy guy today SLF!!
Yeah some spins in the morning yesterday, but had to get outside yesterday. We had one more day of summer sunshine here yesterday so I met up with my son at lunch, and we took the 1 hour drive / a few hours of hiking at 4000' on a mountain - 80' F with great views of Mt. Rainier, Mt. Baker, and even Glacier Peak, a nice sunset over Puget Sound.

Mike Oldfield - QE2
(1980, Epic) -1G/-1E

w/ David Hentschel, synthesizer; Phil Collins, drums
Need to add that one to the collection, Discovery, Crises and Five Miles out really impressed me. When Oldfield comes in with his guitar solo, wow, it sure brings incredible energy to the songs.
