Beautiful amp Tony...why no more plates??
They take an awful lot of my time, along with quite a bit of money that you have to put upfront to get them going. The families is keeping me very busy so just don't have as much time. Love the hobby but time to just sit back and enjoy. And thanks so much for the compliment :)

And you are so right but I have saved one of the smaller ones for that treatment down the road. If I get a little bit more time on my hands this winter I'll be sending it out for the full works.

From looking at youe E-Bay pic, it appears one of the Zoebel networks is not all there, nor is the one end hooked up. That would have caused some high frequency oscillations and probably an output short...did just one rail fuse blow?

Coolness, just didn't want you thinking a stocker was as good as it gets...

No I have talked to a couple different tech and they told me quite a bit of difference kind of like night and day. I have the 400 and 200 pre-that will get the treatment one day hopefully soon.

Negative or positive fuse?
That I don't know now. What I did was remove all five fuses and noticed one of the smaller ones I think it's a three amp fuse was blown. Put back in just the main fuse to see if the unit would light back up which it did and then just left it alone.

It wouldn't matter if you White Oak it...cause anything that causes fuses to blow will be replaced anyway. AND, if I were to keep just one amp it would be the 700, absolutely no sustitute for massive amounts of headroom....

As that amp stands right now, maybe an output or two with possibly a diode or pre-driver gone on the board is all...
