Daren: Thanks for the support towards the vinyl lovers. I had thought the plural of vinyl was vinyl, but I likes me vinyls, regardless. In our local store, "Kelly's Eclectibles," where used and new vinyl is sold, there are many younger people going through the stacks. Most times, people my age are dropping off their vinyl collections to be sold.

No such things as bad days, just bad moments

Broken beyond repair but highly affable
But if I was a dude, wouldn't I have to live on a ranch?

I play records.

OH WAIT...

Good one, Miles. I do love vinyl on vinyl. And vinyl has many other popular uses:

Gentlemen,

I had never considered the alternatives. Perhaps the kids aren't referring to records after all.

When they mention "vinyls", maybe they are talking about cheap flooring and tight trousers instead.

Cool. :glasses11:

Oh, and by the way, I guess I stand corrected...that isn't Mr. Eno's Microsoft Sound, but it opens another version of Windows and rocks anyway.

I'm still trying to wrap up getting this old computer I rehabilitated off to it's new owner (putting stuff on it) for a paltry sum of $20 (work only) but I'm almost out of bread (the kind in a bag) and now have a deficit of three light bulbs with the last two actual 60 watt incandescents left from my hoard...it's either halogens at $8 or more a 4 pack or more LED bulbs at $10 EACH. CFLs are a sick joke and quite honestly the ballasts in the two fluorescent tube fixtures out in my shed are a lot better, even in the winter.

That's why I buy "bulbs" at garage sales. But just in case of SHTF, I hoard candles too...
