Halfbiass...Electron Herder and Backass Woof
I have a sealed lead-acid battery that is used in my Echometer fluid level gun. It's 10 years old now and it appears it will no longer take a charge. The charger puts out 14.5 volts and the battery remains at 10.6. Not enough to run the electronics in the gun. Here's a pic of it. The Echometer folks are a little to proud of it. Where do I start my search?

And I haven't even googled it yet, but if someone knows off the top of their head where I could get one similiar that would be cool. Physically it can be 2" wider and 4" longer if need be.

Got a model number for the gun Lee?

That would be the one Ben.....did you just google the Hawker name?

Tried that first, then tried cyclon batteries...both came back with nothing...wasnt until I added the battery model number that useful results came back. A little sifting through results yielded that site.

I really wasn't being lazy. It was the E3 Well Analyzer of Echometer's. Echo wanted 200.00 for the same thing. And I was just throwing this out there in case someone knew of a better option, although 10 years is certainly nothing to complain about..

Indeed. 10 years is a good life span on a battery. 200 seems a bit luda for one battery. Glad I could help.
