Well Michele this is quite the conundrum/enigma/challenge for me. :shaking2: :shaking: :shaking2: :shaking: :shaking2: :shaking: Normally I welcome the nubie with a "NavAtar" (punned by Nick Danger) and if you have browsed through a few threads here you'll discover what those are. :toothy5:

Soooooooooooo.... My compromise - a drummergirl NavAtar. A warm welcome!

Welcome Drummergrl, you're going to love it here. We are a friendly and knowledgeable bunch. I'm about to take on the WOPL myself, can't wait! My speakers are quivering in fear. Must show restraint for the sake of the voice coils!

That's right - one member here killed his speakers, and another used the other member's name to make a term for it: to "Skynnerd" [sp?] your speakers. My speakers survived the same loaner unit, probably because I'm not a head-banger.

Welcome to Phoenix Drummergrl , A Yammie M80 is a great Amp I have one in my Main System,,the only Knock on Yammies are some parts are real tough to find you Damn well need a donor unit,,but as far a clean massive power they are tough to beat,,I used to use my 2 M50s plugged in my Yammie Pre (quite a light show) I also have a very nice PL400 gathering dust which would make you a nice base for a Mod but 200 watts is more than enough for the type of music I listen to. Get comfortable in Phoenix you will find a lot of nice people here FF
