A margin of safety is the best way to go.

AC mains voltage and worst case conditions can be somewhat unpredictable.
Running capacitors too close to their maximum working voltage is asking for trouble.

SOB !!!!!!!!!!! Well.... I brought that 400 up stairs and replace the Crown that I've bragged so much on !!!!!!! JER !!!! This thing is a monster !!!! I LOVE IT !!!!! Sutton and I have had a Larry Carlton CD for years.... We both jst heard things we had NEVER heard before... Its so damn loud !!!!! So damn clean !!!!!
