ME EITHER!!! See what stuff I can fry lmao. With my tendencies this amp is prob gonna cost me 10k in the end after I replace all the stuff I fry showing off to myself lmao

No need for that. Just know that it can and will toast most any speaker hooked to it. So move gently up the scale...and it does have the headroom to reproduce those transients, so in case you have some sources with great dynamics, be careful the first time around..

Thanks for the heads up Joe.

Yeah me too, got a graveyard fill of tweets and crossover parts...

The light board made it. Looks like the amp will go out before the Denver trip....we're in the middle of kitty cuddles though..

image.jpg ? Lee. Here's the back of my sub. I got it used so no book on it. But the level one is basically the volume.but like that Moby I barley have to turn it up and it's shaking the house. But what the hell does phase do and mean and same with the xover one? If I set it at like 40hz will it not pick up bass above or below that?? I'm cornfused ..

Phase effectively switches the plus and minus wires to the speaker so you don't have to flip them manually. It is for setting the sub so the sub cone moves in the same direction (phase) as your main woofers do. If the phase is reversed, it will cancel bass rather than reinforce it.

If you set the xover to 40, it will reproduce any signal 40 Hz and lower.

Crossover is where it starts rolling off the signal. The Phase is for what Joe said...IF the pot is detended. If it's a continous pot I would say it's for tuning the sub to your regular speaks.

Joe, due to crossover differences couldn't an adjustable phase pot be used to compensate for phase lag in the main speak ctossover?

But with my speaks not dropping to those levels how could I sink phase but yet pull the low stuff??
