i am looking at these pieces,they really want to follow me home, and i wonder if anyone will tell me something. good/bad/middle of the road?
by the way $200 asking, prob pretty firm, and i dont really think there is much wiggle room

i am sorry my friend maybe better communications on my be-half.
i will work on that, but dont count on it to make much diff..... (i will do harder to try better)

the c-5.1 is a multichannel decoder, and the c-800 is a dual-zone tuner pre-amp processor.
that is what the books say, i wish i knew what all that meant...

what little i have found on the net tells me that the pair really are supposed to be higher on the scale than most,
the not so good part is when it stops or "DONT" anymore you really have to dig deep to make it sound good again,
or be smarter than i can be.

the orion blue book tells me that this thing list for around $2100, production date 1996.

i did throw this together on the tailgate of the truck for a little quickie...

the kinergetics c-5.1 and the c-800 in front of a pioneer c-91 and a pair of bose 301s.
i did not believe what the 301s did.

i did not believe that i have ever heard a pair of 301s sound this great,(standing alone) i always thought of 301s as an allright add-on speaker never did like them alone or with even multiples of 301s and/or other similar speakers.

this is about most i can tell at this time,
but i bet it would really be a sweet piece if it were matched with the kinergetics c-500 power amp.

now, as most of you guys know it is time to reArrAnge it all, yeah, everything to move it into place and listen with a little better speaker/speakers.
pictures eblab did have pictures and other places on the net, not a whole lot though...

that is one of my happy thoughts/hopes...
as i said what i hooked up and used the 301s to hear,
dreams immediately called out bryston and a better speaker.



earlier i mentioned a c-91, that was the pre the m-91 was the amp used on the back of the truck.

by the way bryston does talk a lot of poo(but good poo), and will back it up too,
i dont think i could have done better if i had picked it out by myself,
you didnt do so bad either a great job, and i am very satisfied

Thanks Bill. The power supply board is not the best in that bugger, but I don't think you push your stuff real hard. If it does go southg I'd be more that happy to fix it.
