OK, I've been researching DC ammeters and voltmeters. wanna put one of each on each power supply. Simpson makes some nice 3-1/2" panel meters. Whadda ya think Joe? The 523 series---15046, and 15035..
They still make em??The secondary winding won;t do any good till the toroids are on....duh..... so we need a xformer to supply control voltage to the board....duh.....whats the specs on the control transformer Joe?
Thanks Joe, at least this way a guy can use a couple small switches...one for AC to the board then another to trigger....or a DPDT to do both......can't think of a reason the trigger should be separate from the board ....can you?
Ah.....very slick Joe..thanks
So your AC power switch is just turning on that tiny transformer. The heavy duty relays do the rest. AC is always on to the relays.
WOW.... WOW..... This is going to be something !!!!!!!
I'm just wondering if we're building an amp or a substation here... LOL![]()
