WOPL and tube/valves

You want a very quiet preamp with a WOPL. I suppose a really good quality one would be a good match. The noise floor of a WOPL is usually a lot lower then most preamps. If you not super picky about a little hiss, I imagine the combo would sound good

Watch the impedance between the output of the tube preamp, ones with a cathode following output works the best

well I would like to try one of the ebay kits that contains 2 6j4 2 6p6p 1 6z5p I know you get what you pay for with these and it is only as good as the person who built it would this work good
