The M27500 Cable specification is commonly used to describe both shielded and unshielded cable constructions for avionics, aerospace and airframe applications. Circuit identification, conductor size, insulation type, number of conductors, shielding material and jacket compound may all be specified using this document. Single conductor, twisted pairs, and multiconductor cables through 10 components are all included.
Not a bad find there Perry.. we use shielded pairs too. Helps with the noise floor. Besides the board to rca jack wiring, we use it to run ac to the DC protect boards.. glad to see ya got a big stash of it!!

Nice score there. You may be able to use the twisted pair in your build. What gauge(s) do you have? I noticed one of the cables was a 22 gauge but didn't see the number of conductors as the part number was partially obscured.
I got 22 and 20 gauge 2 conductor shielded. I'm digging for some heavier gauges too. I'll have to look but the 20 gauge may be 3 conductor. I don't have it in front of me this AM
