Big deal for Joe Schmeel, or just another hyped up way to separate someone with even more money?

It looks like its mainly for those annoying people who have to be 'wired' al the time. That would walk into an abyss and continunepecking away at a screen, for minutes before the realise they be in some deep shit now.
