Why won't this guy stay in my spam??

Ok, this British dude keeps sending my e-mails, usually with a virus or spam, I put him in my spam folder, yet he keeps getting into my inbox. his username is the same and it's from the same mail (aim.com) so how does it keep getting in my inbox??

I don't know how to do that. Any other spam I just move it to the spam folder and I never get anything from them again in my inbox. I'm just curious how he keeps getting back in with the same addy.

He is a clever, mischievious devil and is well known in the audio sites as a major spammer, he launches attacks en mass with his cronies, they were the ones who got in at ST recently and got banned, but they use diff names and addy when they go after other sites.
