I like Clive. I haven't read a book in a long time. Used to have very nice Library. The Stand is still my favorite book.

'The Stand' is Steven King you ninny :rabbit:

Clive is the UK version of Steven King.

My fav Clive after Hellraiser is the book 'Weaveworld' just an awesome trek. I'll look into this Albarat series, do I need 'shroooms???

Prefer Barker's short stories like found in the Books Of Blood, The Uhuman Condition....... KIng the same for that matter...The Bachman Books, Skeleton Crew......King hasn't written a NEW book in about 40 years or so. Must be nice to change the names and the setting from your last book and get a hefty check and to be able to do it for decades......
