Synthfool (Kevin Lightner) died 7/14/2014 of a rare degenerative spinal disorder. These auctions will help his family clear out a lot of stuff and bring some money to them. I know I'd like some of that stuff (mostly parts at this point), some of that if I knew what I could use (a lot of ICs for instance).

Never heard of him but condolences to his family and friends. My son Jake's Mom has the same disorder. She can barely walk now and she is only 48
