Warped Reels any solutions

Anyone have a solution for this ?
Have a few as I'm just starting out in R2R land.

If they are plastic then replacing them is about the only option. If they are metal you can take them apart and possibly straighten the flanges.

They're most likey the big ones, metal 7"ers are pretty rare.

Like Web said take them apart and try to straighten the warp out, you could try placing a heavy weight on it outside in the sun.
